The Southern Journal of Policy & Justice

Our journal seeks to promote legal scholarship which examines the intersection of race, ethnicity, socioeconomic condition, and the law.
This year’s topic is African Americans and Artificial Intelligence in the Legal Spectrum.
-The Journal is seeking articles that speak to policy or justice reforms/discussions that discuss technology and artificial intelligence implications. This topic is broad and includes book reviews and other types of articles.
Please submit articles that discuss how artificial intelligence, technology, social media, and electronic databases (ex. policing, employment, zoning) impact marginalized groups, and analyze how law and policy can seek justice for these issues.
